Retiring AG calls on President, PM

Retiring Attorney General Dappula de Livera called on President Gotabaya Rajapaksa at the Presidential Secretariat yesterday morning (24). Retiring Attorney General Dappula de Livera paid a farewell call on Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa at Temple Trees yesterday (24). President’s Counsel Dappula de Livera told the Prime Minister that during his tenure as Attorney General, he was able to deal with several important cases in the country as well as to initiate and advise on a large number of other criminal cases. Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa thanked AG Dappula de Livera for his services to the country and wished him well in his retirement and future endeavours.
