Tamil National Alliance delegation to meet in President Gotabhaya Rajapaksa

A delegation of the Tamil National Alliance (TNA) is due to meet with President Gotabaya Rajapaksa at the Presidential Secretariat at 4 pm today.

TNA Spokesperson MP M.A.Sumanthiran, issuing a press note yesterday, said the meeting with the President was to discuss the Constitutional reform process.

“The TNA sent its proposals for Constitutional Reform to the Expert Committee appointed by the President last December and thereafter met the Committee at their invitation in February this year. The forthcoming meeting with the President is to discuss ways of taking that process forward,” he said.
